I went to my grandmother's house, like I thought of doing a while ago, to get some podfic recorded in the quiet. When I arrived I noticed there wasn't much in the way of food, because she's away for a few months, so I went out with my sister who had given me a lift to get some groceries, locking the door behind me with the keys still inside, which I didn't realise until we came back. Luckily the neighbours had a spare key, but god. Not my finest hour.

[EDIT: Guess which genius forgot to pack wired headphones? Fortunately, I also forgot my meds, so someone will be over to drop those in to me tomorrow anyway 😳]

So many of us neuroweird folk are forgetful and have trouble with remembering details like keys, especially in navigating new environments. So I’m sad to say you don’t really get to claim responsibility for this kind me.
