I'm glad! I know that resolutions aren't for everyone, but I always like making them. I think I see it less as a "I must do X, Y, and Z, and I must do them perfectly, and if I don't I'm a failure" these days so much as "I will try to do a mix of things that will be very easy and that will challenge me in a way that is achievable, and depending on how I do with these things I'll reassess how I should set my next set of goals" which is a bit less high-stakes and unforgiving than how I think a lot of people perceive the practice. I used to set less acheivable/realistic goals, which did get me down, but I think I've refined how I do things in a way that is helpful for me at this point in the game.
